Clause & Effect is for procurement officers and sustainability managers. It generates proportionate sustainability questions for tenders (automatically matched to contract risk and value using the Risk × Spend matrix), lets you build weighted evaluation criteria per tender, and assesses supplier bid responses using a 3-pillar framework.
TenderReady is for suppliers and bid writers. It includes RFT Intake (upload your tender and extract requirements), a Compliance Checklist, ScoreCheck (AI-powered scoring with GRI/ESRS-aligned coaching), Bid Booster, and a unified Bid Room dashboard that tracks your score trends across iterations.
